Manager - Solution Design - Logistics/Warehousing (2-8 yrs)
A General Description
1. Design cost effective, Operationally feasible solutions that meets customer's expectations
2. Effectively use various solution tools such space model, resource model, productivity tool for space sizing and resource calculation
3. Strive to be competent in solution design
4. Support business development team in achieving organization goals
B Specific Accountabilities :
1. Develop quality and consistent solutions to customers with high level of complexity and specialty
2. Liase with DBS customers and BD to understand requirement in detail
3. Provide analysis and solution design in pursuit of new business
4. Utilize appropriate tools for developing, modeling, evaluating and selecting appropriate solution option
5. Clearly outline solutions in appropriate formats for presentation to customers
6. To ensure that all recommended solution meet implementation plans and customer's expectation
C Skills Required :
1. In-depth knowledge of warehousing
2. Strong knowledge of logistics business
3. Advanced computer proficiency

D Experience and Qualifications :
1. Post graduation in Supply Chain Management
2. 4-8 years of logistics solution or consulting experience
3. Work Experience on user side will be an added advantage
4. Engineering degree preferred
