Manager - Sourcing (8-12 yrs)
Sourcing Manager- Greenfield
Qualification: B. Tech (Electrical / Electronics)
Job responsibilities will be:
- Sourcing of Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics & Non-Technical Parts (Like castings/Forging/Machine Parts/ Cable Harness/PCBA- s/Plastic parts and Finished goods)
- Costing and BOM (Bill of Material) calculation.
- Parts/components localization experience
- Drive prototype during design validation stage with suppliers as per requirement specifications
- Identifying potential suppliers and floating RFIs, RFPs & RFQs
- Conducting qualitative & quantitative analysis during supplier selection as per the intended product for sourcing.
- Good Logistics/Supply Chain Experience
- Good understanding of contract for terms and conditions for contract manufacturing.
- Profile will require candidate to travel PAN India, along with stays on-site.

- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong analytical ability & presentation skills
- Adept with internationally accepted standard & quality certifications
- In depth knowledge of multiple processes involved in manufacturing process.
- Negotiation skills
