Key Responsibilities :
- Build sourcing/product development calendar to identify team and vendor specific deliverables.
- Collaborate with Design and SQA teams to identify and develop strong capable supply base products
- Responsible from proto development to PPAP approvals
- Responsible for implementation of EC(Engineering changes) in timely manner during NPD process
- Develop robust NPD process to achieve organizational goals
- Develop (mentor ) NPD team members to achieve their KPI's
- Responsible for New product on time launch
- Responsible for BOM (Bill of Material ) cost of new products and meet target cost
- Participate in future projects from conceptual stage with design team to provide inputs on new manufacturing technology and feasibility
- Partner with new technology suppliers to bring better products and value proposition to
- Collaborate with Sourcing and procurement team to ensure smooth transition to production
