Manager - Spare Parts Management (7-15 yrs)
Job Purpose: Developing and delivering training programs to enhance the technical skills and knowledge of service personnel to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and service quality
Job Responsibilities:
1. Parts change /New Parts/Follow up with sourcing/Pricing /Readiness in SAP.
2. Monitor and manage the inventory levels of spare parts to ensure optimal stock levels.
3. Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of spare parts inventory.
4. Develop and execute strategies to ensure the timely availability of parts for both routine maintenance and unforeseen repairs.
5. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality or delivery.
6. Collaborate with the service department to understand parts requirements and ensure alignment with service delivery schedules.
7. Prepare regular reports on parts availability, inventory turnover, and other key performance indicators.
8. Identify opportunities for improving parts readiness and inventory management processes.
9. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate parts support.
