Manager - Specification - Cement/Concrete (5-10 yrs)
Preferred Candidates with relevant experience in :-
Construction Chemicals / Construction Project Engineers / Ready Mix Concrete / Cement Companies
Professional Experience:
Prospective candidate must have at least 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the Building & Construction Industry of which minimum 5 years with Construction Chemicals Industry. Should have good technical knowledge about mix design of Concrete
Job Responsibilities:
1. To develop product specifications for the company, targeting clients and public bureaus.
2. Actively create new business opportunities for sales team.
3. To provide tendering assistance to the sales teams when pursuing tenders.
4. Work continuously to identify projects in advance stage and work towards securing specifications.
5. Interaction with sales team and support them grow business by converting specifications to sales and helping them in addressing competition specs.
6. Site visits and personal appointments with Clients, Architects, Consultants, Turnkey Contractors, Interior Contractors, Specifiers.
7. Increase market awareness of the company & the brand PAN India.
8. Co-ordination with the marketing team for the launch of new products in line with corporate objectives, develop and implement a comprehensive launch plan if necessary.
9. Create Standard specification submittals and generate specification data bank.
10. Recommend / implement actions required to improve system performance.
