Job Purpose :

- To create the retail identity for the brand and set up new stores or renovate existing stores in line with same;

- Manage the projects to ensure effective execution within cost guidelines and on time for the store launch. Supporting existing stores of maintenance issues with adhered SLA.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Post Layout approvals, ensure timely co-ordination with all stakeholders for smooth and efficient manner of store execution.

- Plan individual projects and give target timelines for completion based on the type of location (e.g. high street vs. new mall vs. existing mall, etc.)

- Monitor execution of projects to ensure that they are completed for store launch as per plan. Use planning / project management tools to establish standards, identify dependencies, and plan for contingencies.

- Vendor management, ensure proper coordination,communication with all external vendors from measurements to layout preparation, timely order of long lead items.

- Franchise management, proper co-ordination with franchise partner to ensure timely release of all PO for store procurement related to new store opening.

- Stakeholder management, Understand internal stakeholders involved in the project phase for new store opening and updating the team about the progress of the projects in the respective regions. This includes but not limited to Co-ordinating with VM, Ops, IT team for requirements related to new store.

- Assisting BD team for site selection if required to provide technical feasibility on property, highlight issues if any w.r.t capex increase.

- Post completion of store, preparation of asset list and handover documentation to ops team

- Supporting Ops team for store maintenance with effective vendor management as per the agreed upon SLA.

Candidate requirement :

- Diploma/BE/Btech Civil/Any Degree

- Experience in execution of fit outs in various formats, retail store execution will be an added advantage

- Good Communication, written and verbal skills

- Willingness to travel.

- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

- Computer proficiency in Autocad, MS excel, PPT, and MS projects is a must.
