Manager - Supply Chain (3-7 yrs)
This is a great opportunity to work as a Supply Chain Manager for a new enterprise. This startup is an initiative by a large, well-known business group under a subsidiary. The product is focused on the online groceries space, and currently is in stealth mode.
The roles and responsibilities of the job include but not limited to :
1. Leading, building and scaling operational processes of logistics and supply chain
2. Identifying transportation-related programs within the defined region
3. Supervising the activities of personnel engaged in customer order processing, personnel responsible for inventory control, warehousing and logistics
4. Preparing regular reports to management, as well as punctual delivery of results
5. Optimum planning of inventory
Eligibility Criterion :
1. 3+ years of relevant experience in a top tier company, driving programs/projects
2. Prior experience with eCommerce firms like Big Basket, Grofers, Swiggy or similar under Supply Chain and Logistics will be valuable
3. Engineer/Post-graduate in any field - preferably Supply Chain and Logistics
4. Proficient in standard logistics software
5. Well versed with basics of MS Office
