Job Description :

- Responsible for leading Customer Relationship Management, Demand & Supply planning to drive operational performance excellence to a world class level.

- The incumbent shall work closely with Sourcing, Logistics and Indirect Taxation teams to demonstrate Integrated One Supply Chain function.

- Accountable for Sales Order to Cash Cycle in India as well as Exports markets.

- Implement country & regional customer service strategies, deploy country service targets, and be accountable for India service performance from the perspectives of finance, customer satisfaction, business process and organizational development.

- Lead short, medium and long term production capacity and allocation optimization in alignment with Global Strategic Planning both in regards to local, import and export needs.

- Support the India commercial function in supply chain related discussions with customers

- Working capital management; knowledge of Inbound and Outbound Logistics and Indirect Taxation will be added advantage though not managed.

Salary:INR 30,00,000 - 35,00,000 P.A.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Preferably University Degree in Supply Chain or Commercial and an MBA in Operations Research/Supply Chain preferred, APICS qualification would be added advantage

- Hard core experience in leading manufacturing Industry managing Demand & Supply Planning management along with Customer service specialty.

- Excellent Communications & Analytical Skills
