Manager - Supply Chain - FMCG (4-10 yrs)

As Manager-Supply Chain, you will be leading a team of supply chain professionals and will be responsible for the overall demand planning and end-to-end supply chain of raw materials, packaging materials etc. You will also be responsible to ensure the supply capability of the organization to serve various types of customers through multiple sales channels.
The other responsibilities include :
- Defining strategic sourcing, network strategies, and long-term capacity planning
- Conducting the RM/ PM supply planning process for contract manufacturing side
- Production planning and scheduling for the plant locations
- Ensuring execution of agreed supply plans in coordination with demand, production, packaging, Procurement and Logistics functions
- Appraising vendor manufacturing ability through on-site visits and measurements
- Monitoring Vendor performance to ensure cost-effective material and timely delivery
- Planning for dispatch of Finished Goods across various locations to meet customer requirement
- Monitoring CHA clearances and stock movements
- Evaluating and selecting information or other technology solutions to improve tracking and reporting of materials or products distribution, storage, or inventory
- Managing a team of Supply chain AMs and Executives
Candidate Profile :
- Demonstrable experience in Supply Chain and Demand Planning / Order management
- Leadership experience with a proven track record of managing teams
- Familiarity with MRP, ERP, demand planning and forecasting tools is a great add-on
- Excellent communication, teamwork and stakeholder engagement ability
- Good problem solving and decision making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience: 4 to 10 years
Annual CTC: Rupees 9,00,000 to 12,00,000
