Manager - Supply Chain - FMCG (7-15 yrs)
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading all kinds of activities related or associated to Demand Planning, purchasing, C&F and inventory management to ensure there is continuous availability of enough stocks to meet company's constant sales and customer demands well within the budgeted limits.
- The supply chain manager shall ensure continuous improvement in the way supply chain system works.
- Managing the Supply Chain & C&F teams on their day-to-day activities as per per-defined KPIs & SOP.
- Ensure timely order and accuracy of the ordering process as per agreed timelines and SLAs, ensuring 100% adherence to monthly/ yearly order calendars
- Evaluate and calculate orders based on business partner agreements & rolling Forecast.
- Ensure enough stocks are maintained as per the company's policy on inventory levels and availability requirements.
- The SCM should at any cost make sure the company is never out of stock and never overstocked.
- Run financial & forecast analysis to provide demand plan on stocks requirement for the coming months based on lead times.
- Timely updation of GRN as per the company's SOP and SLA.
- Ensure 0 mistakes in GRA, GRN & consignments Tracking
- Ensure all promotion templates are issued and followed-up, its timely updation & availability to trade.
- Conduct periodical review as per SLA, with TM/BP for the SKU wise stock availability, excess/ low stock holding, variation in trend, and forecast inaccuracies.
- Continuous checks to be made on company's products, ensuring all expiry dates are tracked on a daily basis
- Ensure an accurate inventory system management with 0.01 percent variance in all locations.
- Timely submission of supply chain reports on weekly and monthly basis as per SOP/ SLA.
- Closely work with in-house C&F team, authorities and transporters to ensure all consignments are cleared on time by following all rules and regulations that are in force.
- Ensure all statutory norms for food / non-food business in UAE are dealt & adhered in alignment with Municipality, Customs, and food control authorities
- Ensuring all commercial approvals and permissions are taken in time as per requirements.
- Negotiating best prices with vendors / transporters benefiting Company.
- Ensure that there are no fines paid by the company for delays or additionally Demurrage/ DO charges
- Prevailing food safety & local food control norms to be strictly enforced.
UAE or Gulf country experience is must
