We are looking for a talented Supply Chain & Procurement professional to support the business growth of our Client in domestic and international markets.

- You shall Purchase direct materials for engineering proto/ Alpha/Beta Build for Design /Project team/Production and ensure on-time deliveries of the materials.

- You are required to analyze material requisition plan and open purchase order for the parts needed on the quantity needed therein.

- You will learn quickly and adapt to changes.

Job Requirement :

- Analyse all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.

- Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.

- Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality.

- Define and maintain documented category and supplier strategies using market and competitive data.

- Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule so as to ensure on-time deliveries of final product.

- Develop, implement and drive the procurement strategies in order to meet cost savings targets.

- Review and manage the supplier base to ensure consistency with the sourcing strategy.

- Perform regular performance review with suppliers to drive continuous improvements.

- Create monthly performance reviews and reports focusing on overall sourcing requirements.

- Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliance's in all the procurement transactions.

We would like you to have:

- Graduation in Electrical or Electronics / Mechanical with 4 years of SCM & Procurement experience, preferably from premier colleges.

- Familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle, SAP

- Comfort with PO creation, Logistics, Import and Export

- Familiarity with Customs Duty and EOU /STPI and GRN preparation

- Ability and Willingness to get hands dirty, and get into Operations to ensure quality, time lines & cost-effectiveness

- Should enjoy negotiations & regular follow-ups with vendors to get work done

- Proficiency in Hindi and English languages would be necessary to perform your job best
