Manager - Supply Chain Projects - OTC/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (10-16 yrs)
A leading OTC/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing organization is looking for a Manager Supply Chain.
- The incumbent will be responsible for managing strategic supply chain operations and act as a liaison between plant and corporate for ensuring project commercialization and product change initiatives.
- Experience in building local sustainable capabilities in Manufacturing, Logistics and Supply Chain, working in tandem with COE teams is desirable
- Candidates must have experience in lead a cross functional global & local execution team for design and execution of the projects. Hands on experience of atleast 10 years in driving project strategy, design and implementation through commercialization stage is a must
- The incumbent will directly lead the engineering & operations function & be a key stakeholder in commercial decisions and will drive accountability of the project team towards the project delivery as per plan
- We are looking for candidates from manufacturing industries-Pharma/ OTC/ FMCG/ Food Processing, with top tier B-School background.
