Manager - Technical - Auto (8-10 yrs)
- Hands on experience in Auto component (OEM's and tier1) manufacturing processes.
- To Solve customer complaints relating to corrosion of metal and metal alloys
- Provide proactive technical support in product application to both internal & external customer
- Provide application engineering support for new product development & new business development
- Improving the effectiveness of technical support & application engineering in accordance to established standards.
- Establish laboratory / technical requirements and resource optimization
- Analyzing market research & competition strategy analysis and providing critical inputs to management for better decision making.
- Provide proactive customer relationship management.
- To coordinate with NTIC for technical product support NPD etc.
- To proactively ensure a robust manufacturing process to avoid corrosion issues at customer end.
- Suggest improvements in process and products based on the customer requirements to avoid customer complaints. Ideally should know multiple languages including English Hindi and Tamil
