Job Description :
1. Driving IS / other Standards / norms for the products in the Fall protection and Hand gloves particularly.
2. Certification/ testing of the of the products in fall protection and Hand gloves.
3. Working on Customers specific needs / applications and develop products .
4. Establishing product differentiation with respect to applications ( e. g Harness for applications in Construction / Offshore/ Transmission etc, similarly for hand gloves for chemical industry/ construction industry etc)
5. Establishing Product performance criteria / Value propositions delivery process .
6. Keeping pace with the Market knowledge/ trend in new developments in Harness and Hand Gloves.
