Product Compliance team is looking for a smart, energetic, hard-working, and creative candidate to lead the Product Safety Team- in India. The successful candidate shows excellent judgment and instincts in decision making and proactively, as well as, continually improves their knowledge of Company's business, its platform, and relevant technologies. This is an exciting and challenging position to lead the Bangalore, India based Product Safety operations team and drive stakeholder alignment to improve processes and systems.

This position will develop Product Safety strategy for all India businesses, help identify and adapt best practices from around the globe, build new solutions, processes and support the ongoing global projects, as well as operations, for the Global Consumer Product Safety team. We are looking for a Product Safety Leader, who has direct experience in consumer product safety, consumer product quality, safety regulations in India and a proven track record of delivering results across varied product domains, to support our rapidly growing and evolving business in India.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead team of Product Safety Analysts and Program Managers to complete daily activities on unsafe products and build technology, automations to improve efficiency and scalability.

Partner with business owners across organizations to define strategy, process requirements and timelines for major product safety initiatives.

Manage multiple, high-visibility projects simultaneously, including communication to executive leadership.

Develop business solutions which ensures compliance with consumer product regulations

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's Degree required. 7 + years of experience in Toys Industry and demonstrated success in leading and developing teams. Knowledge of product compliance processes and interplay with global supply chains. Previous experience in tech, electronics, consumer goods, or other fast-paced, technology-driven businesses a strong plus. Ability to work independently and autonomously . Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to get things done
