Job Description :

- A keen strategist with expertise in managing entire operations with key focus on ensuring optimal utilization of resources.

- Handling Operation & maintenance of HVAC, BMS, HT/LT system, Firefighting system (Fire protection & detection), DG sets, Synchronizing panels, WTP, STP, Elevators, PA system & boom barriers etc.

- Responsible for preparing & sending all Technical Reports (like DSR, MMR, SP & AMC vendor audit report, FFTG testing report, Elevator testing report etc.)

- Responsible for preparing PPM Schedule & Complete the maintenance work as per PPM schedule with the help of In house team & AMC vendor.

- Responsible for EB/DG/MB billing & OS dues recovery.

- Responsible for service provider vendor audit & vendor evaluation.

- Should have handled successful setting up of new facilities and operational as well as under projects.

- Proven abilities in providing a high level administrative support involving efficient management of office equipment, communication instruments, housekeeping, office automation.

- Holds proficiency in associating new vendors & coordinating with them for accomplishing the desired supplies.

- Adept at Liaising with external agencies/ Govt. departments for seamless operations.

- An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills and strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.

Salary:INR 7,00,000 - 9,00,000 P.A.
