Title: MANAGER - VENDOR DEVELOPMENT

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager - Vendor Development to join our company Boatload

Minds Private Limited. As a manager, you will be responsible for Individual contribution for developing vendors (Domestic & Global)

by managing a team, handle end-to-end supplier relations, travel to international places to audit vendors and

customize the solutions for the growth of our organization.

What do we need? (Requirements):

- Minimum of 8 to 12 maximum years as experience.

- Expert in handling end-to-end vendor management.

- Expertise in connecting with domestic and global vendors.

- Preferable experience in a manufacturing and production industries.

- More knowledge in vendor sourcing, evaluating and negotiating techniques.

- Should be experienced with materials like Fabrication - Metal, Plastic, Rubber and other

components.

- Experienced in travelling to the vendor place for evaluation - Domestic and International.

- Strong analytical skills to assess vendor capabilities, pricing and product quality.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.

- International travelled experience is an added advantage.

- Experience in ERP software's to release the PO, Inventory management and vendor management

- Knowledge of company's ISO.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identify and resolve sourcing-relate issues.

What will you do? (Responsibilities):

- Ability to build and manage a team.

- Take leadership in handling end to end vendors.

- Work independently by taking ownership and responsibility for new tasks and projects.

- Develop and implement existing and new sourcing strategies.

- Create relationships with vendors and suppliers both domestically and internationally

- Manage end to end vendors.

- Estimating material cost and fulfilling the On Time Delivery.

- Selecting and evaluating vendors

- Part cost negotiation to achieve the mechanical and electronic component cost target.

- Asses, Manage and Mitigate the risks related to procurement.

- Constant expansion and enhancement of suppliers and materials.
