Manager - Warehouse - Pharma (8-12 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for receipt of RM/ PM and other material in to the factory
- Responsible for issuance of RM / PM and other material
- Responsible for coordination and document preparation for Dispatched including SEZ documentation
- Effective utilization of manpower by thorough planning and Work allotment
- Responsible for all QMS activities of Warehouse
- Should coordinate with various internal external sources for effectively maintaining Warehouse
- Responsible ERP updation of all the activities performed in Warehouse
- Responsible for periodic stock verification of material in Warehouse
- Should attend and present data for stock audits by internal and external auditors
- Ensuring timely updation of all entries in SEZ customs online portal and attesting the ARE-1 & BOE's timely and sending back to vendors timely.
