Our client is a leading Electrical Engineering and Contracting company specialized in designing and executing electrical installation works for Residential, Commercial Building, Hospital, Schools, and Hotels.

Job Responsibilities:

- Developing and executing the company's business strategies

- Providing strategic advice to the board and chairperson

- Preparing and implementing comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement

- Develop and execute the company's business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders

- Provide strategic advice to the board and Chairperson so that they will have accurate view of the market and the company's future

- Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities

- Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times

- Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities

- Oversee the company's financial performance, investments, and other business ventures

- Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance

- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth

- Proven experience as Managing Director or other managerial position

Candidate Profile :

Age Group: 40 years to 55 Years

Qualification: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with an MBA or Diploma in Business Administration.( Masters Optional)

- Should have working Experience of 12 to 15 years in the Electrical Industry with thorough knowledge of electrical products, project management as well as thorough Technical knowledge in all aspects of Electrical Installations

- Should be able to independently handle projects from start until completion and supervise subordinates throughout the project.

- To oversee the financial part of all project including valuation, additional works and final accounts preparation in a timely manner.

- Should have knowledge of suppliers of all electrical items and power items globally.

- Good knowledge of documentation on both export and importation of products.

- Should be able to communicate with the consultants, Mechanical Engineers, and clients independently.

- Should be Computer Literate and fluent in MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project etc.

- The Minimum Contract Period will be 3 years and will be extended depending on the mutual agreement between employer and employee.

- Should have worked outside his home country for a long period especially Arab Continent/Africa and willing to work in Africa for a long-term period.

- Well conversant with written and spoken English
