Manjeera Group - DGM/GM - Procurement & Contracts (15-20 yrs)
Job Description :
- Will be responsible for overall Procurement & Contracts of the Group.
- Finalisation of contracts Prequalifying contractors.
- Standardizing of systems and procedures in contracts & Procurements.
- Settling claims of contractors.
- Strategic sourcing, vendor development & negotiations
- Assist each department with Identifying and realizing cost-saving and cost-reduction opportunities
- Assist each department with the management of procurement staff in and across sourcing, contracting, transactional purchasing, supplier management, and miscellaneous internal procurement support activities.
- Provide and maintain competitive bid and value reports for each supplier and each trade by market
- Establish, maintain, and keep current standard operating procedures for the Purchasing Department
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Should have 15- 22 years of experience in Procurement & Contracts for - Residential, Commercial and Retail construction projects from Real Estate, Contracting, Consulting, Construction and Project Management companies.
- At least 10 years of senior procurement/supply management experience and operational management experience in - Real Estate & Construction companies.
- Proven success managing multi-market, end-to-end real estate implementations
