Mantri Developers - Design Manager - Retail & Commercial (6-8 yrs)
Job Objective : The incumbent would be responsible for :
1. All aspects that fall under Experience Design with a focus on design collateral for the Retail & Commercial portfolio and address the softer aspects of design pertaining to consumer/user experience.
2. Review Tenant design and adhere to pre-defined guidelines :
- Assist/ manage the creation of design collateral for related retail and commercial projects for the group. This will include (but is not limited to) tactical materials (design briefs, reference imagery & presentations)
- Assist in pre-concept research through best practice case studies, maintain and add to a dossier of local as well as international best practices and methodologies related to retail and commercial design.
- Assist in the creation of feasible design concepts in collaboration with external consultants as per internal design vision.
- Assist in the development and detailing of design concepts for an enhanced consumer experience through sensitive touch points identified within the retail and commercial developments.

vi. Internal and External Lighting
vii. Layout options for tenant.
- Co-ordinate design development with all concerned internal departments where necessary.
Software skills : AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Powerpoint.
Desired qualifications : B.Arch./ Interior Design from a recognized institution
Desired experience : 5-7 years- experience in handling the Design / Architecture function in the real estate industry
Knowledge and Skills :
Technical Knowledge :
- Knowledge about the implementation of Design / SOP Systems
- Knowledge of regulatory norms governing the real estate industry

- Planning & Organizing skills
