- Adhere to the OLA and SLA

- Lead business continuance and small enhancements to drive the business growth

- Drive systemic improvements in system health through identification of key re occurring theme and deep understanding of end to end system knowledge

- Facilitate/Support operational initiatives

- Partner with the key business contacts to understand business issues, identify opportunities and take initiative to implement.

- Develop technical and functional expertise in supply chain areas of Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, and ITQ (Innovation Technology & Quality).

- Guide the design and development of solutions for Supply Chain projects, including MQIS, Manufacturing Analytics, and other technologies/solutions.

- Provide first class service and proactively work to improve overall environment stability and ease of support.

- Develop close partnership with business users to truly understand needs and facilitate connections to IT & Engineering to ensure end to end solution optimization.

- Use a broad range of continuous improvement tools to provide insights, drive out waste, and improve system performance.

- Provide training and mentoring of support community across the field.

- Keep up-to-date on current trends across the Plant Engineering and Manufacturing environments

- Lead month end and quarterly forecast processes for certain product and/or P&L lines

- Ensure accurate and timely production of internal management reporting and analyses, including scorecard/key performance metrics, customer profitability, product profitability, etc.

- Partner with the business in managing expenses and providing budget owners visibility to cost trends

- Identify opportunities to improve current processes to eliminate 'data entry' and focus on the analytics transforming data into information.

- Provide ad hoc support and / or participate in special projects.

Qualification And Experience :

1. BE & MBA from Top Premier Institute with Experience of 4-6 years in Supply Chain Manufacturing and Manufacturing Execution Systems preferred.

2. Experience of working in an International business environment, preferably within an international single instance SAP environment and with projects in other regions.

3. Track record as a strong team player with effective teamwork and communication skills.

4. Good interpersonal skills - can deal and communicate effectively in English (both in writing and verbally) with systems colleagues and business users

5. An analytical, methodical, logical approach to problem solving, employing innovative approaches to business and technical challenges

6. Structured and self-disciplined approach to working - can work on own initiative

7. Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

8. Time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple conflicting activities

9. Sound business judgment

10. Willingness to continue learning to expand and build on skill sets
