Manufacturing Executive - FMCG (2-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Ensuring execution of the manufacturing plans for the unit within the stipulated budgets and timeliness.
- Review the execution of operations plans on a regular basis and guide the team in resolving process bottlenecks.
- Ensure adherence to quality guidelines and ensure that key issues in quality are resolved in a timely manner by continual improvement.
- Review plant performance against key induces like productivity, capacity utilization, quality, and priorities the action areas to improve the metrics.
- Lead the institutionalization of new lines / augmentation of existing lines at the unit for capacity optimization in coordination with the Projects team.
- Guide the team for commercial scale production of new products / manufacturing changes related to new SKUs.
- Production planning, scheduling & execution of Production plan to meet productivity, volume, quality and efficiency targets.
- Co-ordinate with Supply chain planner to ensure product availability as per market demands.
- Devising Annual operating plan for productivity and volume of Production lines, Achieving the Production target.
