Manufacturing Head - FMCG/Food Industry (14-20 yrs)
Our client is coming up with a facility of Ready to Eat (Food Products) with a big setup in Karnataka, You will be responsible for setting up the plant, implementation of systems, SGA, Profitability CAPEX,OPEX, Budgeting, Manpower management, Projects.
You should have hands of experience in Production / Project Maintenance/ Implementation of Systems and Process, Highly proactive individual.
You should possess excellent stakeholder management, relationship building, analytical & problem solving, coordination & collaboration, procurement, negotiation, team building and leadership skills.
Job Role : Project Production & Planning, You will the entire project and post the completion of the project you will be responsible for Production & Running the plant independently, As a Lead you will be responsible for project including plant, Utilities, Civil extension of plant. Process enhancement, Plant Management, Project management.
Project Accomplishments :
- Precise Layout decision, Equipment's finalization, Utilities and facility up gradation.
- Overseeing Project & Production related tasks including planning, control and troubleshooting;
- Setting up production targets and achieve the same within time and cost parameters;
- Optimizing man & machine utilization to achieve preset production targets
Candidate background : The incumbent should be from Core FMCG Company preferably from Food Industry .
Qualification : B.Tech / B.E. (Mechanical or Electrical or Chemical) Would be preferred.
