Manufacturing Head - Polyester Production (15-20 yrs)
Our client is one of the leading Leading Polyester Producer in South East Asia. They are looking for Head of manufacturing
Qualification B.Tech. / B.E. (Mechanical)
Experience: 15 - 20 Years of experience out of which at least 3 years as the Head of Manufacturing . and who will be fully responsible for the entire manufacturing operations of Polyester Staple Fiber. Experience in manufacturing of value added Polyester Staple Fiber products is an advantage.
Candidates from other industry are NOT considered.
Job Scope:
- Overall responsibility for Manufacturing Polymer and Staple Fiber, Process Control, Product Development and
- Technical Services for the entire plant to ensure smooth operation at optimum cost without compromising safety and quality.
- To manage, improve, and execute agreed production plans and deliver products to the satisfaction of customers.
- To continuously improve and ensure workflow efficiency in manufacturing.
- To ensure production of value added products by continuously working with Product Development and Technical Services team.
