Job Role : New Technology Coordinator
Job Level : Deputy Manager
Education Qualification : B.E./B.Tech (Mechatronics/Electrical/ECE/Mechanical)
Job Responsibilities :
1. Explore and identify new technology solutions to :
a) Improve existing manufacturing technology capability (Industry 4.0)
b) Adopt new manufacturing technologies (EV, Battery manufacturing, etc.)
2. Design and execute POCs to evaluate solution options
3. Prepare comparative studies of solution options and propose optimum solutions
4. Prepare implementation roadmaps and secure management approval
5. Drive project implementation
Competencies / Skills :
1. Know-how of basic manufacturing processes
2. Basic understanding of Electrical and controls
3. Project management
