Two Managers required for 6 months project with Cement Company for Material Management

1st Person:

Job Responsibilities - Supporting Manager for Raw Material, Fuel & Packing Bags

(Post- Graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in Materials function)

1. Assist in follow up for getting production plan, sales plan, rolling plan for fuel & additives etc. (CPC scope as well as Unit scope).

2. Checking of above plans & assist in coordination with CPC for ordering (CPC scope).

3. Monitor ordering by Units & compile information (Unit scope).

4. Assist in follow up for action plan activities with concerned persons/agencies

5. Tracking movement of major/ critical materials till it reaches plants.

6. Compilation of various information / Documents etc. - physical as well as soft copy

7. Prepare & update control charts for follow up etc.

2nd Person:

Job Responsibilities - Supporting Manager for Engineering items (opex & capex)

(Engineer with minimum 5 years of experience in Material function)

1. Assist in follow up for action plan activities with concerned persons/agencies at HO / Units.

2. Follow up for pending PRs / POs with CPC & update status (CPC scope).

3. Follow up for pending PRs/ POs with Units & update status (Unit scope).

4. Tracking movement of major/ critical materials till it reaches plants.

5. Compilation of various information / Documents etc. - physical as well as soft copy

6. Prepare & update control charts for follow up etc.
