Material Planner (2-10 yrs)
JD:
- Experience of working in a material planning role and managing the smooth supply of materials in line with production requirements and budget.
- Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.
- Solve for material planning issues that arise, including over or under delivery and take any follow up actions especially in the event of material shortages that affect production.
- Responsible for tasks related to shipping, receiving, storing, and inspecting various materials, equipment, and supplies within the Engineering Department.
- Responsible for maintaining records of all shipments and deliveries, as well as all related tasks are done in compliance with the organization's safety and quality standards.
- Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.
- Coordinating production operations in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Proven analytical, planning and problem- solving skills.
- Logistical planning & coordination skills.
- Knowledge of materials transportation and custom regulations
