Job Description :
1. Maintenance & Repairs of Building systems, interiors and Equipment
2. Ensure respective patch store equipment performance is monitored on regular basis
3. Frequent equipment failure analysis to be done on regular basis
4. Monitor & Follow up with service provider to execute on time PM for respective patch store equipment
5. Periodically review maintenance practices by the Restaurants
6. Periodically review performance of Service Agents
7. Follow up with restaurants and service agents for day to day repair & maintenance works
