Position: Sr. Engineer - Design (Mechanical)
Location : Rudrapur.
Qualification : BE/Diploma. (MECH)
Experience : 3 to 5 years
The position will be responsible for :
- Working on new project for designing of electro mechanical components, which include Sheet metal designing, Heat Sink selection, Bus bar designing, Wire harness drawing (designing & routing) with packing details.
- Must have Knowledge of Solid works & AutoCAD software in depth.
- Closely work with (constant follow up) Sheet metal vendor to prepare prototype units faster along with internal coordination.
- Should have knowledge of DFMEA & DFx.
- Creation of Design, Conceptualization, Calculation, Analysis, Detailing, Modeling
- Working with 2D/3D drawings, utilization of SAP for BOM preparation, Engineering change management and documentation.
- Creation of Component Drawings, Assembly Drawings, Assembly procedures, Proto-type Assembly with understanding of components and their specifications.
- Responsible for localization & value engineering for UPS & Data center product lines.
