The Job:

You will be responsible for :

Have good knowledge and expertise in HVAC

- Responsible for the HVAC engineering design of air distribution and piping systems, to include specialty mechanical systems for new and renovated buildings.

-Prepare the design of the HVAC piping and air side systems to include the completion of code reviews, preparation of the basis of design

- You will be responsible for coordinating the work done by subcontractors.

- Ensure effective micro-management to guarantee that the execution aligns with the design specifications.

- Preparation of Revit CAD drawings, specification preparation, field investigations, and other such design as required to execute the HVAC construction.

- Ability to do the various HVAC related engineering tasks through a combination of drafting and engineering (performing building cooling demand load calculations, reviewing different HVAC design approaches, sizing equipment, and reviewing building energy consumption characteristics).

- Experience with HAP/ Trace/Hevacomp cooling load calculation software.

- Develop detailed construction documents, including mechanical drawings, equipment specifications, BOQs and control sequences.
