Position Summary : 


As a Lime Calcination Plant Mechanical Engineer, your role is to oversee and manage the mechanical aspects of the lime calcination process. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of equipment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of the plant's mechanical systems. Your expertise will contribute to the efficient production of high-quality lime products while adhering to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Equipment Operation and Maintenance :

- Operate and monitor mechanical equipment involved in the lime calcination process, such as rotary kilns, crushers, conveyors, and fans.

- Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns or production delays.

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for mechanical systems and equipment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Process Optimization :

- Collaborate with process engineers and plant management to optimize lime calcination processes for maximum efficiency, productivity, and product quality.

- Analyze process data, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements to enhance production rates, reduce energy consumption, and minimize environmental impact.

- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for process modifications or equipment upgrades.
