Job Accountabilities (duties and responsibilities).

1. Developing concept designs, conducting design reviews, CAD models, drawing, and performing DFX, Should Costing Conduct Failure analysis, Re design components

2. Creates and modifies Bills of Materials in CAD and MRP/ERP Create and modify( Change Mgmt documentation to manufacture and assemble products

3. Collaborating effectively with Design, Q&R, CAE, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to offer solutions in a timely manner

4. will be dedicated to meeting short deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of ownership for timely and accurate completion

5. Will have strong attention to detail, and a high degree of focus on customer satisfaction

Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)

- Strong background & experience in 3D modelling, 2DDrawings and CAD and CAE simulation - (UG NX / Solidworks, Ansys etc.,) GD&T skills.

- Product Design & Engineering background needed (preferably from Equipment or SPM Manufacturing)

- Exposure/knowledge of vacuum systems, plasma, RF, material handling automation,thermal, and flow systems desirable

- Experience in working with suppliers, partners in material selection/Special processes for the deposition (CVD, PVD) equipment.

Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications)

Experience

- 5+ years hands on 3D Solid modelling, 2D Drawing, Design of Components and subsystems, experience in high technology manufacturing industry.

- Able to deliver designs with datum structure, GD&T and accurate tolerance stack up analysis, Reverse/ Re engineer designs,

- Experience with different manufacturing processes including machining, welding, injection molding etc.

- Working knowledge of a large variety of materials (aluminum, steel, composites, foam, etc.)

- Familiarity with automation equipment and fixtures required

- Clear communicator, team player

Qualification Necessary : 

- Bachelors degree Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
