Qualification : BE ( Mechanical) / Diploma (Mechanical)
Experience : 4+ years experience
Skills required :
- CNC programing on CAD/CAM for manufacturing of the new components as per production prioiry as well as keeping in mind maximum parameters to get the best of OE .
- Follow up with production for timely deliveries of the new components reqd by r&d.
- Development of the standard tooling/jigs & Fixtures to reduce the quality rejections and process time
- Monitoring and controlling of actual cycle time of the components at all the stages of the production.
- Keeping the database/record of each & every CNC machining program
