Mechanical Engineer - Shifts & Project Management (7-9 yrs)

Position : Executive - Mechanical Engineer Shifts and Project Management
Location : Ankleshwar
Criteria :
- B.E/ B.Tech (Mech) with 7+ years of experience in manufacturing organisation of repute with independently handling designated Mechanical area.
- Should be a go-getter with excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Preferably from Heavy Process Industries
- Should have project experience, project document management, project capex, Quality Management, Safety
- Experience to manage Projects ; Mechanical equipment engineering, procurement and installation will be an added advantage.
- Should hold excellent technical skills like drawing Study and modification, vendor technical assessment, Calculations, Cost Estimations, project implementation, break down Analysis, Third Party Inspection etc.
Key Deliverables :
1. Plan, Organise, coordinate and monitor Mechanical and Reliability activities in plant to achieve maximum availability of Plant at optimum cost & monitor implementation of mechanical engineering related works within the time schedule & budgeted cost to meet the desired improvements.
2. Well versed in maintenance, engineering and reliability of Float Plant, Utilities, Cryogenic Plant and regenerative type of furnace. Good exposure to working with Diesel Generator sets of 2.5 MW and above. Conversant with all types of pumps, compressors, gear boxes, belt conveyors, fans, blowers, Cooling Towers, Batching systems, furnace equipment- s, fabrication lines, Utilities - Natural Gas, LPG, Water treatment etc. Good understanding and exposure to Water Treatment System - Zero Discharge Unit
- Identify, coordinate & monitor implementation of improvements, small projects in order to improve the availability and reduce cost of maintenance.
3. Project Management Support for Capex and Project - Set up, Sort, copy, scan and store various project documents like drawings, work procedures, risk assessments, cost and scope change records, site contractor documentation etc
4. Understanding of Control system working - PLC/DCS for Plant operations.
