Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (5-7 yrs)
We are hiring - Mechanical Maintenance Engineer- for a Fortune 500 manufacturing company based at Vadodara, Gujarat.

Industry : Chemical / Plastic / Utility Plants / Continuous Process Plants/ Polymer
Job Location: Vadodara, Gujarat.
Educational qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineer
Work experience :
- 5 years to 7 years of relevant work experience in mechanical maintenance with Chemical or Plastic or Polymer Processing or Continuous Process Plants or Utility Plants
- Experience with Polymer Processing or Compounding Plastic manufacturing companies will be preferred
- Should have experience with working in CMM, TPM, 5S, SAP / ERP, etc. work environment
- Should have exposure or knowledge of ISO9001 & ISO14001 documentation process
KRAs :
- Actively participate and contribute to meeting/exceeding SHE standards
- Provide Round the clock support to Operations
- Plan, Schedule and execute Preventive Maintenance jobs of mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshooting of equipment and machinery in the plant
- Ensure that best practices like M-BAP and PSM are maintained
- Carry out predictive and preventive maintenance data recording and analysis for Plant equipment.
- Hands-on working experience on Rotating Machines like Extruder, Strand Palletizer, Rotary valves, Centrifugal blower, Roots Blower, Vacuum Pump, Screw Compressor, Pumps Screw & Pump, Pneumatics- Components, etc.
- Planning for all maintenance activities & shutdown.
- Field Contractor Administrator, Prepare & execute JSA/Job plans, ensuring all Contractors meet SHE requirements.
- Update SOPs for maintenance, Carryout Calibration, and inspection activity as per the statutory requirement by coordinating with Third-party contractors.
- Deal with outside contractors and Suppliers of the maintenance function.
- Managing Spare and Consumable requisition & inventory,
- Active Participation in the cost-saving initiative in maintenance functions like Reverse engineering, Reliability engineering, Localization, energy savings, etc.
- Mechanical fabrication activity
CTC: Rs 3.0 LPA to Rs 4.25 LPA (depends on current CTC, relevant work experience & qualification)
