Profile - Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Qualification - B.Tech / Diploma - Mechanical
Location - Raigarh (Chhattisgarh)
Experience - Minimum 4+ years in CHP Plant as a Maintenance Engineer.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor equipment in a predictive & proactive manner to reduce breakdown time.
- Ensure all PTW are issued after proper isolation.
- Identify modification plans for system improvement and cost benefits.
- Train contract operators on safe operation, safety, and using PPE.
- Maintain housekeeping in all CHP areas and avoid dangerous activities.
- Coordinate with main plant operation team for proper Bunker feeding.
- Ensure complete CHP operation to ensure timely unloading, stacking, and coal conveying the rakes and maintaining all operation-related documents.
- Maintain minimum 50% bunker level as per IMS & Department objective.
- Unload coal rakes in time to avoid demurrage
