Job Description :

We are urgently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Mechanical Supervisor for our Engineering Company. The selected individuals will be responsible for the execution of plant maintenance, operations, and shutdown activities in the refinery.

Responsibilities :

- Oversee and supervise the execution of mechanical, piping, and hydro jetting activities during the refinery shutdown project.

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards throughout the project.

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the progress of maintenance and shutdown activities.

- Provide technical guidance and support to the team members.

- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the project.

- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications.

- Resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise during the project.

- Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and resources.

- Prepare progress reports, including documentation of work performed, materials used, and any deviations from the plan.

- Train and mentor junior staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Requirements :

- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical or relevant field.

- Minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in the execution of plant maintenance, operations, and shutdowns, preferably in the refinery or petrochemical industry.

- Only Indian Nationality Required.

- Strong knowledge of mechanical, piping, and hydro jetting techniques and equipment.

- Familiarity with safety regulations and industry best practices.

- Proven experience in supervising and leading teams.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools.
