About Job:
We are seeking a new mechatronics mentor to join our team. You will be researching different modules such as robotics, automation, and IoT to create a course plan. To be successful in this position, you'll have to have excellent communication skills, and a great understanding of the fundamentals of mechanical, electronics, and robotics systems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Researching the latest trends in the mechatronics domain, exploring possibilities for the development of courses.
2. Interacting with industrial experts and getting them on board for the development of the said courses.
3. Creating evaluation strategies for various projects in each individual module.
Interacting with students to resolve their queries and conducting virtual boot camps in the field of mechatronics.
4. Managing the existing courses by evaluating each individual course's performance and suggesting improvements and implementing them.
Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
Skills Required:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, automation, or robotics field. Strong fundamental knowledge of different concepts in robotics, IoT, embedded systems, and automation.
2. Proficiency with any one of the programming languages such as c, c++, or python. Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
Key Skills: C, C++ or python, PLC programming (beginner), Communication, Analytical skills, critical thinking
