1. Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to finalize designs and specifications.
- Lead the implementation of Mivan shuttering systems for high-quality and efficient construction.
2. Team Coordination:
- Supervise and manage cross-functional teams, including site engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
- Allocate resources effectively and ensure optimal utilization.
3. Quality and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and local building codes.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
4. Stakeholder Management:
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, risks, and milestones.
5. Cost Management:
- Monitor project expenditures and control costs to prevent overruns.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality.
6. Risk Management:
