We have opening for MEP Designer for Leading Construction Company.

Work Location : Dubai.

- Candidate from any part of India or Middle Residence can apply.

- CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE WORKED FOR MIDDLE EAST COMPANY.

- Front ending with client to ensure all requirements are clear, back ending with the engineering & design team at Chennai & ensuring drawing approvals from consultants are secured as per plan.

- Distribution of work amongst the design team in U.A.E (office & project) & allocation of responsibilities in consultation with Sr. Manager (Operations).

- Monitoring the performance of the design team & shifting them whenever necessary.

- Managing attrition amongst team & recruiting wherever necessary.

- Provide responses to pre-qualification requirements

- Review design with design team and Operations team to identify opportunities for innovation and value engineering

- Review with estimating function and design team various: component, specification, system, material options and subcontract tender returns to establish bid quality and completeness

- Establish requirements for Tender return and assist Estimation Manager to collate all necessary drawings, specifications, Contractors Proposals, programmes, methodology and other necessary items of Contract.

- Ensuring design information is thoroughly reviewed for: buildability, safety and maintainability, - completeness- & technical suitability before use.

- To manage the issue of working drawings and technical information as per the contractual commitments.

- Contribute to the production of the Design and Procurement Programme by the planning and resourcing function. Identify and agree the design deliverables required and ensure effective processes are in place for reporting design progress.
