MEP Draghtman (5-8 yrs)
- 5-8 years of Experience into Electrical, HVAC & Plumbing drawing Preparation
- Coordination with Vendor and project teams.
- Preparation of CCTV and data layout, Power layouts, lighting layout and lower stream.
- Coordination with Internal teams and project team and understand the Project requirement.
- Preparation of Bill of Materials.
Requirements:
- Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems.
- Demonstrate impeccable attention to detail
- Preparation of Mechanical services (eg. HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection)shop/detail drawings and as built drawings.
- Preparation of MEP coordination drawings with other trade i.e. structural, Architectural, and electrical &interior; design.
- Ensures and maintains quality for finished drawings
