MEP Engineer - Electrical Engineering (10-13 yrs)
Requirement :
1. MEP Engineer (Plumbing)
a. Should have completed Mechanical engineering with 10-12 yrs of experience in Plumbing and MEP
b. Should have independently worked in Commercial buildings for plumbing and MEP services
c. Have ability to handle team size of 5 to 10 designers
d. Able to do Plumbing related calculation for drinking water, sanitary, Fire fighting, irrigation purposes
e. Ability to instruct designers for creating above said layouts and shop drawings
f. Should aware of codes / standards and regulations relevant to Plumbing design
g. Ability to review the plumbing layout / shop drawings and check its correctness
h. Revit modeling is advantageous.
Responsibilities :
- Within a project team act as a MEP engineer and provide basic and detailed design engineering in a single or multiple discipline in accordance with project requirement. Liaises with clients and involving occasional international travelling.
- To ensure all work and tasks are carried out in accordance with the Company ISO 9001 and QHSE Procedures
Qualifications :
Education : Electrical engineering
Experience :
- 10-12 years within the MEP preferably with an Engineering company or similar.
- Knowledge in preparing & Review specifications, Data sheets, Design Calculations Cable Tray, Earthing, Lighting, Lightning Protection, Schematic Drawing, Security System Layout Drawing, Telecom Network Layout drawing, F&IG Layout, Wiring & Interconnection Drawings cable schedule, Vendor document review, Awarance in international MEP Standards and Involved in interdisciplinary activities.
- A broad interest in technology and multidisciplinary engineering.
- Excellent inter-personal skills, a team player and proactive operator.
- Commercial awareness, good English communication skill and obliged with good presentation skills.
