They specialize across all categories of vacation homes such as Hill Villas, Farmhouses, Beach Bungalows, Golf Retreats, and Hunting Lodges in a private ambience amidst pristine and breathtaking settings.

The vacation homes are fully furnished, equipped and serviced, to cater all the personal needs and comforts. The cost of the vacation homes remains the same irrespective of the no.of guests. On becoming a member, introductory concessions, promotional offers and other ongoing benefits are provided to the guests as part of member benefits and promotions.

As the MEP Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and executing MEP work at project site . You will work closely and collaboratively with the site teams to ensure that site level technical staff are properly trained, understand technical expectations, and perform work consistent with the expectations.

The key responsibilities will be as follows :

- Serving as an engineering influence to the company for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and refrigeration systems, including building controls

- Preparation, execution, monitoring, testing and commissioning of all MEP systems like HVAC, Plumbing (drainage, water supply), electrical systems as per schedule

- Collaborating with internal and external resources to establish MEPR design direction

- Executing and supervising Internal Plumbing works which includes concealed and exposed conduiting, final fixtures and pressure testing at site

- Auditing the acquired properties for leakages

- Coordinating with the site staff and supervising external plumbing works,main water supply, STP, etc.

- Supervising of the plumbing works as per the schedule

- Managing and leading quality control, maintenance process development and compliance, and other account administrative functions as necessary across all acquired spaces

- Constructing an annual preventive and predictable HVAC maintenance plan

- Liaisoning/coordinating with various govt. agencies for water, sewage and electricity issues etc.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Demonstrable experience of 3-5 years as MEP Maintenance Engineer or in a similar role handling Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing work

- Candidates with electrical engineering background (BE or Diploma holders), who are flexible for travel preferred

- Good experience in handling electrical and plumbing related issues for homes (not commercial properties)

- Ex-Army candidates with technical background in MEP Maintenance is a great plus

- Strong Communication skills
