MEP Manager - Fire Fighting/Plumbing (7-10 yrs)
We have an opening for MEP Manager with one of our clients in Cochin
Location : Cochin- Kundanoor
- 7-10 years Exp in high rise buildings and Hotel Project
- Review design documents
- Supply, testing & commissioning of MEP (plumbing, firefighting, HVAC, electrical system)
- Project planning, scheduling, monitoring, co-ordinating
- Progress reports to internal & external stakeholders
- Experience in managing consultants and contractors for large commercial projects
- Latest industry knowledge / know-how of related to high side and low side electrical works, HVAC works, firefighting systems, plumbing & sanitation, vertical transportation etc.
- Knowledge of latest technologies and materials related to MEP
