- 2-5 + years of experience in construction of residential and commercial project.

- To manage the Project Execution/ Installation activities at site starting from.

- Planning, execution till handing over of the project.

- Preparation of MIS, Productivity sheets, Cost tracking, Work norms, Scheduling and Reconciliations.

- Understanding of drawings, Attending all pending points, co-ordination with client.

- Quality checks of Executed and Procured materials.

- Troubleshooting the Issues Commissioning in the Systems and Coordinating with subcontractors and site personnel during Installation.

- Study and inspection of Material or equipment as per the specifications.

- Lead the team of technicians, sub-contractors, third-party clients.

- Responsible for monitoring and inspecting the execution of building services comprising of HVAC Systems, Plumbing (Water Supply & Drainage System) and Fire Fighting System as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Monitor the installation and commissioning of HVAC Systems, Exhaust Systems, & Chillers,

- Inspect Quality checklist reports of work and perform pressure testing for the Chilled Water Piping.

- To find out leakage and Smoke Test to check Duct Leakages in the HVAC system.

- Ability to maintain coordination with Electro-Mechanical Systems such as HVAC, Fire Fighting, Ventilation, Plumbing, Electrical, Hydraulic Systems and Project related all MEP works.

Experience & Skills Required:

- At least 5 years of experience in Electrical/Mechanical Engineer role with expertise in PHE, Fire Fighting System, Electrical Works, HVAC Execution and implementation. Past experience in real estate developer firm desired.

- Diploma or B. Tech / B.E. degree from a recognized institution in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, including power distribution networks, transformers, switchgear panels etc, PHE Works Supervision, Fire Fighting Works, HVAC Works, Quality Checks, Safety Checks.
