Merchandiser - Ethnic Wear (3-5 yrs)
Role & Responsibility :
- Acting as the bridge between customers and buyers.
- Understanding the needs of customers through direct interaction / observation on the store floor & interaction with the sales staff, then communicating with the buyer.
- Ensuring what buyers are providing is up to mark in quality thus maintaining the BRAND IMAGE.
- Daily review of what's sold & if required making available & other analysis including season planning.
- Getting customer specific needs fulfilled by taking orders.
- Resolving the customer complaints of products purchased.
- Bringing Visual Display (including show window ) up to date at all showrooms.
- Product knowledge & training to sales team.
Skills & Abilities :
Someone who has the following-
- Ability to Study & analyze data. .
- Ability to understand what will appeal to customers.
- Confidence & Clarity in communication.
- Proficient in Excel & ERP software.
- Creative flair.
- Willingness to interact with the customers on shop floors.
- Ability to Travel to outstation locations.
