Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor / Civil Engineer at Micro Mitti in Indore. The role involves overseeing site operations, ensuring quality control, supervising site activities, and effective communication with stakeholders. The Site Supervisor/Civil Engineer will be responsible for managing and coordinating daily construction activities, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

- Supervisory Skills: Site Supervision and Quality Control.
- On-site experience in construction projects.
- Strong communication skills to interact with teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of construction processes and materials.
- Experience with quality assurance and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field is preferred.
