Senior Proposal Engineer

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Passionate to promote brands handled, through prompt responses to distributors / end users with aim to gain customers confidence. Products - Mixers / Agitators.

2. Visiting distributors / customers when required to understand the application & offering solution's to be the preferred brand.

3. Preparing and submitting Techno-Commercial offers to Customer within the deadlines recommending the most appropriate solutions.

4. Updating / registering products with end user Approved Vendor List to target EPC project's.

5. Review Project Technical specifications to ensure conformance with requirements.

6. Selection/Sizing of Mixers

7. Knowledge and experience in selection of Impellers, Shaft sizing, motor sizing, TIP speed, critical speed

8. To follow all reasonable requests and instructions of the Technical Sales Lead, together with providing all reasonable support and assistance within the context of the Applications Engineers role.

9. Coordinating with all inter departments in execution to ensure that products are manufactured as per agreed technical requirements of the customer.

10. To ensure compliancy with Company and Corporate approvals matrix.

11. To take a role in participation in the capturing of Company CIP activities relevant to the Technical Sales team - together with recovery/action learning next step implementation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Engineering Graduate

- Experience in Proposal & Estimation of Mixers / Agitators

- Ready to work in Chennai.
