Responsibility : Designing of Special Purpose Machines
Technical Knowledge-Must have knowledge of Solid Work, Auto CAD 3D, Basic knowledge of Simulation
Job Description :
1 Make Budgetary Cost Estimation Of Projects
2 Make Scope Of Work
3 Complete Engineering Of Projects.
4 Finite element method Of The Models
5 Products (Containers, Bunk Houses, Trailers etc.)
- Design and Development from concept to commissioning
6 Prepare Bill Of Material
7 3D modelling of complete product as per the technical specifications provided by the customer.
8 Manufacturing & Detailed Drawings Of Project
9 Complete Design approval of the products from customer before starting manufacturing.
10 Design & Development of various Sheet Metal Fabrication Parts
11 Responsible for Handling the complete project independently & sort out each & every problem faced by the Production team.
12 Coordinate the activities between Customer, Plant, Design, Purchasing, manufacturing.
13 Issuing of Drawings to Production & Quality.
14 Interaction with customer for product related query.
